We believe in doing what is right for every situation.  Though we prefer not to accept returns due to another truck hitting the highway, we will weigh the best option based on the particular situation.  If an item shows up broken, please take a picture and send it to hello@rootsrefillery.com.  We will then refund your method of payment for the broken product.  We do our best to carefully pack each order but bumps and tumbles are part of life.

I’ve struggled to find a mascara that didn’t end up under my eyes half way through the day, as well my eyelashes fall out easy. Love this mascara as by the end of the day it is not under my eyes and my eyelashes are healthy and not falling out.
