TO WASH DIRECTLY: Spray and rub, rinse thoroughly with water.

TO SOAK: pour 15 mL in a bowl filled with water. Let the produce soak for a few minutes, then rinse. Specially formulated to help remove residues from handling, pesticides, wax and other contaminants from the surface of fruits and vegetables.

Our free shipping is standard through Canada Post which is 3 to 9 business days.  If you would like your order sooner, you can choose an expedited option for an additional fee.  

Returns

We believe in doing what is right for every situation.  Though we prefer not to accept returns due to another truck hitting the highway, we will weigh the best option based on the particular situation.  If an item shows up broken, please take a picture and send it to hello@rootsrefillery.com.  We will then refund your method of payment for the broken product.  We do our best to carefully pack each order but bumps and tumbles are part of life.
