Returns

We believe in doing what is right for every situation.  Though we prefer not to accept returns due to another truck hitting the highway, we will weigh the best option based on the particular situation.  If an item shows up broken, please take a picture and send it to hello@rootsrefillery.com.  We will then refund your method of payment for the broken product.  We do our best to carefully pack each order but bumps and tumbles are part of life.

My go to routine scent, wears really nicely throughout the day. And can’t beat the refill! I don’t find it as floral, it does have lavender but it is subdued by the patchouli and earthier notes
