A reusable cotton round is perfect for applying toner or gently wash and exfoliate the face.

The pad doesn't shrink and stays soft. An economical choice to save dollars on disposable cotton balls and pads considering a person uses on average 730 cotton pads a year.

Cleaning is easy with its little laundry bag.  Just pop them in the washing machine.

Moisten and pop them in the freezer to use for puffy eyes

Our free shipping is standard through Canada Post which is 3 to 9 business days.  If you would like your order sooner, you can choose an expedited option for an additional fee.  

Returns

We believe in doing what is right for every situation.  Though we prefer not to accept returns due to another truck hitting the highway, we will weigh the best option based on the particular situation.  If an item shows up broken, please take a picture and send it to hello@rootsrefillery.com.  We will then refund your method of payment for the broken product.  We do our best to carefully pack each order but bumps and tumbles are part of life.
