Our free shipping is standard through Canada Post which is 3 to 9 business days.  If you would like your order sooner, you can choose an expedited option for an additional fee.  

Returns

We believe in doing what is right for every situation.  Though we prefer not to accept returns due to another truck hitting the highway, we will weigh the best option based on the particular situation.  If an item shows up broken, please take a picture and send it to hello@rootsrefillery.com.  We will then refund your method of payment for the broken product.  We do our best to carefully pack each order but bumps and tumbles are part of life.

I love these! They last a really long time and don’t get caught up in the clothes like the dryer balls do. But then you won’t be disappointed

In the past I have been unable to find an alternative to disposable dryer sheets that I was happy with. The dryer balls just don't do the trick for me. BUT THESE, are perfection and they work better than a disposable dryer sheet. I will forever use these.
